باستعمال تطبيق LivraOne أو إنشاء حساب، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم توافق، يرجى عدم استعمال الخدمة.
2. طبيعة الخدمة
LivraOne منصة للطلب والتوصيل تربط العملاء بالمطاعم والمتاجر والسائقين. مدة التوصيل وتوفر المنتجات قد يتأثران بالطريق، ضغط الطلبات، توفر السائقين، أو ظروف خارجة عن السيطرة.
3. الحساب
يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة والمحافظة على سرية رموز التحقق. أنت مسؤول عن النشاط الصادر من حسابك. يمكن تعليق الحساب عند وجود احتيال أو إساءة أو مخالفة للقانون.
4. الطلبات والأسعار
تظهر أسعار المنتجات والرسوم قبل تأكيد الطلب عندما تكون معروفة. قد يتغير توفر بعض المنتجات، وسنتواصل معك عند الحاجة. الطلبات الخاصة قد يكون سعرها غير معروف مسبقاً وتُدفع عند التسليم.
5. الدفع
يمكن الدفع نقداً عند التسليم أو إلكترونياً عندما يكون الخيار متاحاً. الدفع الإلكتروني يعالج عبر مزود خارجي معتمد، ولا نخزن معلومات البطاقة الحساسة.
6. الإلغاء والاسترجاع
يمكن إلغاء الطلب فقط عندما يسمح التطبيق أو الدعم بذلك. بعد بدء التجهيز أو قبول الطلب من السائق قد لا يكون الإلغاء ممكناً. أي استرجاع للدفع الإلكتروني يخضع لحالة الطلب وإجراءات مزود الدفع.
7. سلوك المستخدم
يُمنع استعمال الخدمة لطلبات غير قانونية أو خطرة أو مسيئة، أو تقديم معلومات مضللة، أو التحرش بالسائقين أو المتاجر، أو محاولة اختراق الخدمة أو إساءة استخدام العروض.
8. المسؤولية
نبذل جهداً معقولاً لتقديم خدمة مستقرة، لكن لا نضمن عدم الانقطاع أو توفر كل المنتجات في جميع الأوقات. لا نتحمل الأضرار غير المباشرة إلا في الحدود التي يفرضها القانون.
9. إنهاء الحساب
يمكنك حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق. ويمكننا تعليق أو إنهاء الحساب في حالة مخالفة هذه الشروط أو وجود خطر على المستخدمين أو الخدمة.

2. Service
LivraOne met en relation clients, restaurants, commerces et livreurs. Les délais et la disponibilité peuvent varier selon la circulation, la demande, les livreurs disponibles et d’autres circonstances.
3. Compte
Vous devez fournir des informations exactes et protéger vos codes de vérification. Vous êtes responsable de l’activité de votre compte. Un compte peut être suspendu en cas de fraude, d’abus ou d’utilisation illégale.
4. Commandes et prix
Les prix et frais connus sont affichés avant confirmation. Certains articles peuvent devenir indisponibles. Les demandes spéciales peuvent avoir un prix non déterminé à l’avance et être payées à la livraison.
5. Paiement
Le paiement peut être effectué à la livraison ou en ligne lorsqu’il est proposé. Les paiements en ligne sont traités par un prestataire agréé.
6. Annulation et remboursement
L’annulation est possible uniquement lorsque l’application ou l’assistance l’autorise. Une fois la préparation commencée ou la commande acceptée, l’annulation peut ne plus être possible.
7. Utilisation acceptable
Les demandes illégales, dangereuses ou abusives, les informations trompeuses, le harcèlement et toute tentative de compromettre le service sont interdits.
8. Responsabilité
Nous faisons des efforts raisonnables pour fournir un service fiable, sans garantir une disponibilité permanente ni la disponibilité de chaque produit.
9. Résiliation
Vous pouvez supprimer votre compte dans l’application. Nous pouvons suspendre ou fermer un compte qui enfreint ces conditions.

2. Service
LivraOne connects customers, restaurants, shops, and drivers. Delivery times and availability may vary because of traffic, demand, driver availability, and other circumstances.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and protect verification codes. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts may be suspended for fraud, abuse, or unlawful use.
4. Orders and pricing
Known prices and fees are shown before confirmation. Items may become unavailable. Special requests may have an unknown final price and may be payable only on delivery.
5. Payment
Payment may be made on delivery or online when offered. Online payments are processed by an approved third-party provider.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Orders may be cancelled only while the app or support allows it. Cancellation may no longer be possible after preparation starts or a driver accepts the order.
7. Acceptable use
Illegal, dangerous, or abusive requests, misleading information, harassment, attempts to compromise the service, and promotion abuse are prohibited.
8. Liability
We use reasonable efforts to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or availability of every product.
9. Termination
You may delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for users or the service.
